Greet and welcome passengers upon their arrival at the airport. 2. Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes. 3. Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following established protocols and procedures. 5. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements to passengers. 8. Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details. 9. Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals. 10. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation industry. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Fluent in English and Tamil, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 8. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if necessary. 9. Knowledge of basic computer skills and proficiency in using airport systems. 10. Must pass a background check and drug test.
