With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Business Expert Tribe Data Finance This is your mission Are you passionate about connecting business needs with data, finance, and transformation? Then this position is for you. As a Business Expert , you will be responsible for representing Finance within the Tribe/Squad and driving transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve partner and client satisfaction. Build side: Represent Finance needs within the Tribe/Squad and ensure priorities reflect strategic business objectives Identify and design process optimizations and continuous-improvement initiatives Draft, refine, and validate business components of user stories Develop business cases to support prioritization and OPUS investment decisions Contribute to data and analytics requirements and ensure alignment with governance rules Run side: Prepare and execute UAT test cases based on acceptance criteria; report defects and inconsistencies Support change management initiatives impacting business processes Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during integrations Monitor performance indicators and prepare dashboards to track improvements Ensure compliance with mandatory training and relevant financial/risk frameworks Perform ad‑hoc activities necessary to achieve Tribe objectives This is your background You have solid experience in Finance , Data , or Business Analysis within demanding environments. You enjoy connecting business logic with data insights and are constantly seeking process improvements. You thrive in collaborative settings where innovation and continuous transformation matter.
