Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 19 February 2026 Schedule: Rotational shifts | 24/7 operation About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Customer Support Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support clients in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns while delivering high-quality customer service. This is an on-site position in Lisbon, operating in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts. Working Schedule You will work in rotating shifts, including weekends: Monday to Sunday 2 rotational days off Shifts between: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 The project operates 24/7, so flexibility is required. Key Responsibilities Support clients with paid campaign management Provide guidance on campaign setup and optimization Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools Deliver professional and solution-oriented customer support Ensure high client satisfaction and performance standards Requirements Native-level Arabic (mandatory) Degree in Marketing or a related field Previous experience in paid campaign management (mandatory) Experience with Google Analytics (mandatory) Strong analytical and communication skills Must be currently located in Lisbon Important: No accommodation support is provided. Candidates must already be living in Lisbon.
