Advertising Specialist (Dutch Speaker) – Hybrid | Sofia Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: Hybrid (3 office days per week – flexible choice) Start Date: 2 March 2026 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Salary: 2,168.90 EUR gross Quarterly Bonus: 1,022.58 EUR About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Advertising Specialist to join a dynamic team in Sofia. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, where you can choose your 3 in-office days. This is a non-customer-facing position , ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, contracts, and internal processes within an advertising or digital environment. Responsibilities Managing and monitoring the sales pipeline Handling contracts and invoices accurately Ensuring correct revenue recognition Identifying and preventing duplications or inconsistencies Coordinating with internal teams to maintain data accuracy Requirements Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) Good command of English (B2+) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Analytical mindset with high attention to detail Tech support experience is a plus Ability to work on-site in Sofia 3 days per week Whats Offered Competitive salary: 2,168.90 EUR gross Attractive quarterly bonus: 1,022.58 EUR Flexible hybrid model (choose your office days) Stable, non-customer-facing role International working environment No relocation support available – candidates must be based in Bulgaria.
