We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an HR Manager for a high-performing secondary academy in Watford. We are seeking a professional who can provide strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team and drive an inclusive, high-ambition culture across the school. About the Role Start Date: Immediate. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Direct the school’s HR strategy, focusing on staff retention and professional development. Manage a small HR team and act as the primary point of contact for external legal and union stakeholders.
