QC Inspector

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector – CNC Machining Shop Location: Irvine, CA Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM About Us: Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic products. Position Summary: The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical in maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of CNC machined components Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.) Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions Support production teams in understanding quality standards and requirements Maintain a clean and organized inspection area Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machining preferred 2+ years of QC experience in a CNC machining environment Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading Proficient with precision inspection tools and basic CMM use Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan) Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities
