Your Role As VP of Sales Team Development , you will own the aggressive build-out of our field sales organization by recruiting, onboarding, and developing 10 exceptional Team Leaders by June. Each Team Leader will assemble and lead a team of 10–15 high-performing reps, drawing from the regions deep pool of experienced outside sales talent. Key Responsibilities: Tap your established network and expertise in outside sales / door-to-door environments to identify, attract, and close top-caliber Team Leaders who can rapidly recruit and scale their own teams. Create and implement effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership development programs to ensure fast ramp-up and sustained performance. Coach and support Team Leaders in building, training, and optimizing their teams around our differentiated, high-close-rate sales process. Hit the target of 10 fully operational, revenue-producing teams to fuel explosive company growth through recurring subscriptions. Partner closely with executive leadership to define and execute the overall sales team development and expansion strategy. What Were Looking For Proven track record in outside sales or door-to-door sales (high-volume canvassing experience strongly preferred). Robust personal network of team leaders, managers, and top reps within the outside sales community. Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and scaling multi-team sales organizations. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for uncapped earnings and building high-impact teams. Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational abilities.
