Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts, strengthen client relationships, and optimize recruitment operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in working with US-based agencies. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency Develop, implement, and refine recruitment processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Monitor team performance metrics and ensure hiring targets and KPIs are met Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and best practices Required Qualifications Proven experience working with a US-based recruitment agency Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) Strong knowledge of AI tools and modern sourcing strategies Experience creating and improving recruitment processes and SOPs Ability to manage multiple client accounts and roles simultaneously Strong organizational and leadership skills Strong experience sourcing candidates across LATAM (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, etc.) Preferred Skills Experience managing remote recruitment teams Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics Ability to build scalable hiring processes What Were Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Highly professional and confident in client interactions Process-oriented and detail-driven Technologically advanced and adaptable Strategic in thinking but hands-on in execution
