Equipment & Continuous Improvement Manager

Position: Equipment & CI Manager Location: Prachinburi | Full-time Reports to: Plant Manager We are seeking a results-driven Equipment & CI Manager to lead maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in strengthening equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance systems, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance the CMMS / GMAO system to ensure effective maintenance planning and tracking. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, manage budgets, and oversee supplier performance. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance and continuous improvement management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) . Technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems. Analytical mindset with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
