To get hired in Greece, you need to have your birth certificate with both parents' names indicated and be prepared to have your Authorization form stamped at the embassy if hired. About the Role Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service while working in an exciting and evolving industry? As a Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for B2B clients, assisting them with account and POS-related inquiries. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless payment experience for businesses across Europe. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from B2B customers regarding their payment accounts and POS devices. Provide step-by-step guidance on account verification, transaction issues, and troubleshooting. Educate customers on best practices for using their POS systems efficiently. Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure resolution. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented. Common Customer Scenarios Youll Handle: I need immediate verification or unblocking of my account to pay my clients. I want my company name to appear on customer receipts.
