Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced-level support to customers in Polish (C2 proficiency required). Communicate fluently in English (C1 level) to collaborate with team members and escalate queries when needed. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction. What Were Looking For: Polish: C2 (native/near-native). English: C1 (advanced). Technical Skills: Advanced technical abilities to troubleshoot and assist customers effectively. Eligibility to Work in Greece: EU citizenship, full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit card, certificate of Protection (refugees). Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
