Contract Specialist | Shared Services

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services Key Responsibilities: Review customer agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation; ensure contracts are received, validated, and stored in accordance with company policies. Manage and validate accrual provisions and related payments to ensure they are accurate, reasonable, well-supported, and processed within agreed timelines. Support the preparation and execution of SOX controls, and assist with internal and external audits to ensure full compliance and successful audit outcomes. Partner with OTC teams to investigate and resolve aged debt, audit claims, and contract-related discrepancies to reduce financial risk. Monitor contract compliance and identify gaps or inconsistencies, driving corrective actions and process improvements where necessary. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years experience in contract administration Basic accounting knowledge and practical accounting experience required Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with global stakeholders Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements Power BI experience is an advantage Exposure to process improvement initiatives is an advantage
