German Customer Support Representative

Role Overview We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international Market Line (ML) Customer Support Team in Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to customers, ensuring satisfaction through professional support, troubleshooting, and solution-oriented service.. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment supporting customers of a leading global premium brand. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for premium consumer products Assist customers with orders, returns, repairs, warranties, and technical concerns Deliver an outstanding customer experience with professionalism and empathy Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems and CRM platforms Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases Meet KPIs related to service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Candidate Requirements Native or near-native level of German (C1/C2) Good level of English (B2+) for internal communication Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering excellent service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus Comfortable using computers and support tools (CRM systems, ticketing platforms) What We Offer Competitive salary package + performance-based bonuses Relocation support for candidates moving to Greece Paid training program (product and systems training) Private health insurance.
