Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift; Onsite Location: Taguig Industry: Shared Services Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger management and account reconciliations Prepare, review, and validate journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data with accounting standards and company policies Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to fulfill reporting requirements Provide necessary documentation and support during audit engagements Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen internal controls Generate and analyze financial reports leveraging SAP and advanced Excel functionalities Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) or general accounting functions CPA certification is a strong advantage Experience collaborating with global teams or international stakeholders Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting Advanced proficiency in SAP Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
