Commercial Insurance Producer Remote | United States Inside Sales | Commercial Insurance Compensation: $100 OTE Year 1 About the Opportunity Our client partner is expanding its commercial insurance sales organization and hiring a Commercial Insurance Producer for a newly created growth role. This position is designed for sales-driven professionals who thrive in a high-volume quoting, conversion, and cross-selling environment and want to build long-term residual income while developing into an advisory-level commercial producer. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $32–$35/hour Total Compensation Includes: Base pay Growth bonus Producer bonus Residual commissions Flat-fee commission structure Benefits Package: Health insurance 401(k) Profit sharing What You'll Do Quote, sell, and cross-sell commercial insurance lines in a high-volume inside sales model Convert inbound and outbound opportunities with a strong close rate (~50%) Manage and advance an active, established pipeline (~$720K rolling) Educate clients and guide relationships toward advisory-level engagements Partner closely with account management and service teams to ensure seamless handoffs Maintain a consultative, ethical, and client-first approach to commercial risk solutions Ideal Candidate Profile 2–4 years of commercial insurance or inside commercial sales experience (Candidates with more than 8 years of experience will not be considered for this role) Active P&C license in a state that reciprocates with California (or ability to obtain California licensing through reciprocity) Strong candidates from high-volume carriers or agency environments encouraged Motivated by: Ownership of outcomes and performance-based growth Building residual commission income Access to a broader range of commercial products and markets Higher close rates than traditional agency environments A defined path to becoming a trusted commercial advisor What This Role Offers Training focused on California and multi-state commercial markets Exposure to multiple commercial lines beyond carrier-specific products A large, active opportunity pipeline from day one Clearly defined career growth and advancement opportunities within a scaling organization Traits That Predict Success Coachable with a strong growth mindset Positive, proactive communicator Team-oriented (not a lone-wolf seller) Conscientious and ethical with client-first instincts Thrives in a structured, fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
