Physical Therapist (PT) – Permanent Position Location: Keene, NH (03431) Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation Start Date: March 16, 2026 Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Shift: Days Salary Range: $66,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience) Relocation/Sign-On Bonus: May be offered for qualified candidates Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluation and treatment services for both inpatient and outpatient populations in a collaborative rehabilitation setting in Keene, New Hampshire. The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients referred by licensed physicians. Patient populations range from pediatric to adult. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions based on physician referrals Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development across age groups Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Communicate effectively with patients and families Complete accurate and timely documentation Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License BLS Certification (AHA required) Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team
