Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent

Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering. 7+ years in utility mechanical maintenance in steel industry or 10+ years in similar heavy industry. Prepare and execute preventive mechanical maintenance works and urgent repair works during shift to ensure smooth utility area operations. Prepare and execute programmed activities according mechanical maintenance plan. Follow and execute daily inspections for all equipment. Perform failure analyses and recommend suitable countermeasures Study the necessary upgrading and permanent solution for frequent troubles. Contribute to development of standard work for maintaining utility equipment. Provide input in preparation of spare parts budget. Follow up on delivery of required spare parts and inspect received spare parts. Provide regular reports on the execution of utility maintenance plan through daily, weekly , monthly and annual reports. Participate in preparing the technical reports requested by higher management (technical evaluation of relevant bids). Contribute to developing a standard list of specification for spare parts.
