Service Desk Agent (PL&ENG), hybrid in Prague

We are looking for a Service Desk Agent fluent in Polish and English to join a multinational IT support team in Prague, Czech Republic. This full-time role requires on-site presence 2 days per week, offering long-term collaboration on an ongoing contract. The ideal candidate has a customer-oriented mindset and a basic understanding of general IT support tools. Details : Start Date: ASAP Contract:B2B Location: Hybrid in Prague (2 times/week) Language: Polish & English (Fluent) Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st-level support to end users in Polish and English Troubleshoot issues related to Office applications, user accounts (Azure AD), and basic IT systems Record and follow up on service desk tickets Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support Requirements: Fluent in Polish or Dutch and English (professional level) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic IT knowledge (Azure Active Directory, Office 365) Availability to work onsite in Prague 2x/week
