German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist (BPO) – Lisbon or Porto, Portugal Introduction A multinational BPO company, specialized in customer support and sales for world-renowned brands, is seeking a motivated German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist . This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys finding top talent in a fast-paced, international environment. The position is available in either Lisbon or Porto , offering a great opportunity to build a career in Human Resources within a global organization. Your Role Sourcing & Attraction: Utilize databases, social media, job fairs, and other creative channels to attract high-quality candidates. Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate knowledge, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to validate role requirements and provide updates. Candidate Experience: Build strong, trust-based relationships with applicants throughout the entire selection process. Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing and onboarding new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company. Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment databases and create analytical reports to track hiring metrics. Your Qualifications Languages: Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong proficiency in English (B2 level). Education: University Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Proven work experience in recruitment, ideally within a BPO or high-volume hiring environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and advanced sourcing techniques. Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, communication, and presentation skills with a "can-do" attitude. Referrals: Good understanding of employee referral programs and community-building approaches. The Offer Location: Modern offices in Lisbon or Porto , Portugal. Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00), providing a healthy work-life balance. Contract: 12-month contract with a 30-day trial period. Remuneration: Competitive wages paid in 14 monthly installments per year, plus a monthly performance bonus.
