German-Speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist – Lisbon, Portugal Introduction A global leader in digital advertising solutions is expanding its German-speaking team in Lisbon . This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the digital advertising landscape and excel at providing technical and strategic support to business clients. You will be a key point of contact for advertisers, ensuring they successfully navigate and optimize their presence on a world-class advertising platform. Your Role * Technical Troubleshooting: Handle end-to-end diagnosis and resolution of issues related to advertising products, campaign tools, and account features via email and chat. Advisory & Education: Educate business clients on platform features, industry best practices, and common issue types to enhance their campaign performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve complex cases and drive long-term solutions. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain proactive and professional communication throughout the customer journey to ensure high levels of advertiser satisfaction. Insight Sharing: Identify and relay trends, user feedback, and opportunities for platform improvement to help shape the future of the product. Quality Standards: Adhere to productivity, SLA (Service Level Agreement), and case-handling standards to ensure consistent service excellence. Your Qualifications * Languages: Native or C1/C2 level proficiency in German and a strong command of English (B2 minimum). Attributes: A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. Communication: Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and professionally. Teamwork: Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative, multicultural team. Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory. Education: A degree in Marketing or a related field is helpful, though practical experience and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
