French-Speaking B2B Sales Representative – Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid/Remote) Introduction A global leader in digital technology and services is looking for a driven French-speaking B2B Sales Representative to join their high-performing team in Sofia. Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel. Conduct proactive outreach to business clients via phone, email, video, and social media. Identify key decision-makers within target organizations using professional research tools. Guide prospects through the customer journey, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team. Maintain and progress a healthy sales pipeline while accurately documenting all interactions in Salesforce CRM. Review and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to ensure target achievement. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a culture of excellence and high client satisfaction. Requirements Native or near-native fluency in French and a strong professional command of English . At least 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the tech or digital advertising sectors. Proven ability to identify high-potential business opportunities and grow customer investment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly preferred. Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must hold an EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit.
