Swedish-Speaking B2B Sales Advisor – Athens, Greece (Hybrid) Introduction We are partnering with an international customer experience provider to recruit a Swedish-speaking B2B Sales Advisor for a leading global technology project. Based in the historic and sunny city of Athens, this role involves working with established business clients to provide tailored technology solutions. Responsibilities Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within an assigned territory. Achieve revenue targets by identifying opportunities for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales interactions via phone and email. Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable products and services. Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure optimal product adoption and long-term value. Use CRM insights and data to identify at-risk accounts and potential growth opportunities. Handle client objections professionally and navigate competitive market scenarios. Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and pipeline updates. Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and distributors to ensure a seamless client experience. Requirements Native or C2-level proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) and C1 level in English . At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a phone-based environment. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and MS Office tools. Must be eligible to work in Greece.
