The company provides: 1x local flight to Durban prior to start date 20 nights of accommodation (covered, company-selected location) This ensures a smooth and supported transition into your new role. About the Role Join a leading global online retail project and support German-speaking customers with high-quality service and problem resolution. You will handle inbound customer interactions, provide solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support via phone and/or digital channels Resolve queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction Work within a 24/7 rotational shift structure Accurately update internal systems and case documentation Maintain service quality and performance KPIs Requirements German language proficiency (B2–C2, written & spoken) Good command of English for internal communication Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential) Customer service or call centre experience preferred Retail experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working rotational shifts (including weekends) Basic computer literacy and system navigation skills What We Offer Competitive monthly salary (R20,000 – R25,000) Benefits package Relocation support (flight + accommodation) Stable international project Career growth within a global organization
