Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related questions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Adhere to company policies and guidelines while delivering excellent service. Requirements: Native or fluent Slovenian speaker (written and spoken). Good English proficiency for internal communication. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends . EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria.
