Key Responsibilities Assist customers through phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and efficient solutions. Address questions about products, technical issues, and order-related concerns. Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed. Deliver a positive and personalized customer service experience. Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system. Requirements Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level). Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. No prior experience required – ideal for entry-level candidates ! Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
