We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Specialist to support critical infrastructure systems and processes across multiple power generation facilities. Position Overview This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned technical professional with 6-10 years of experience to make a direct impact. You will configure, maintain, and support physical access systems and processes that drive efficiency, reliability, security, and performance across our client's diverse power generation operations. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain physical access control systems across multiple facility locations Provide technical support and troubleshooting for access system operations Implement process improvements to enhance system reliability and security Document system configurations, procedures, and modifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize facility operations Monitor system performance and generate reports on efficiency metrics Conduct regular maintenance and preventive system checks Support facility personnel with technical guidance and training What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: 6-10 years of technical services or system administration experience Demonstrated expertise in physical access control systems Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent documentation and communication abilities On-site availability in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (no remote option) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in energy/utility industry environments Knowledge of security system integration Familiarity with facility management systems CompTIA Security+ or similar certification Position Details Schedule: Standard Shift (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday) Hours: 40 hours per week What We Offer Competitive pay rate of $37/hour Stable 12-month contract engagement Work with a leading energy company on mission-critical systems Professional development opportunities Collaborative team environment Clear pathway for performance evaluation and potential extension
