Product-Focused Full-Stack Role | AI-Native FinTech Wroclaw, Poland (on-site, 4–5 days/week) Full-time | Senior / Staff $130,000 – $190,000 + competitive equity Our client — applied AI accounting platform Relocation Support (Only for EU-Citizens) Work Authorization Must be based in Poland or willing to relocate to Wroclaw On-site presence required 4–5 days per week Candidates must have or obtain legal work authorization for Poland Remote work is not available About the Opportunity Our client is building AI-native accounting software that automates financial workflows for entrepreneurs. Backed by $20M from OpenAI Startup Fund, General Catalyst, and Google Ventures , the team is entering a high-growth phase ahead of Series A. This is a high-ownership product engineering role focused on delivering polished, end-to-end user experiences where AI performs meaningful work behind the scenes. You will work closely with the CEO, AI, Design, and Operations teams to ship fast and raise the product quality bar.
