Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to manage and oversee all hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, strong team performance, and overall profitability. Key Responsibilities Manage all hotel departments and daily operations Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction Lead, train, and supervise hotel staff Control budgets, costs, and financial performance Implement hotel policies, procedures, and service standards Monitor hotel performance and prepare reports Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations Previous experience in a senior management role Strong leadership and corship and cmmunication skills Good financial and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
