Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team responsible for pricing master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with service level agreements Oversee pricing updates, validations, and uploads to ensure alignment with approved contracts and system accuracy Ensure accrual provisions and related payments are accurate, properly documented, and processed on time Maintain robust internal controls, including SOX compliance, and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve pricing or contract data issues while driving continuous process improvements and standardization Support automation initiatives to streamline pricing and contract processes, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience Collaborate with global and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure consistency, alignment, and accurate reporting Mentor, develop, and manage team performance, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 7–10 years of progressive experience in Pricing, Contract Management, or related finance operations Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team Solid accounting knowledge and hands-on accounting experience Experience working with global stakeholders Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and senior stakeholders
