Remote Task Coordinator

The Task Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, and ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks across departments and project teams. This role supports operational efficiency by monitoring workflows, managing task assignments, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. The Task Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, accountability, and adherence to deadlines in a fully remote work environment. This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track tasks across multiple departments and projects Maintain task management systems and workflow tools to ensure real-time visibility Assign, monitor, and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion Communicate task updates, risks, and delays to stakeholders and leadership Prepare status reports and dashboards to track progress and performance Facilitate meetings to review priorities, deadlines, and resource needs Identify process inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements Support documentation, reporting, and operational compliance requirements Assist with cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on objectives Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of experience in coordination, project support, operations, or administrative roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience using task management or project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar) High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting cross-functional or distributed teams Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools Prior experience in operations, PMO, or program coordination environments Compensation Annual Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 USD , based on experience, skill set, and geographic location Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick leave Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Flexible remote work arrangement Professional development and training opportunities Employee wellness and assistance programs Work Authorization & Residency Requirement Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must currently reside within the United States Applications from candidates outside the U.S. will not be considered
