We are recruiting a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an on-site support team in Porto, serving a business travel platform. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with customer service experience, preferably in the travel sector, and strong communication skills in a dynamic environment. About the Role You will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring a high-quality service with professionalism, empathy and efficiency. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include: Handling customer contacts via phone, email or chat in French and English Providing accurate support related to bookings, services and business travel queries Accurately documenting interactions and following established internal procedures Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Consistently meeting quality and productivity benchmarks What We Are Looking For Native or proficient in French — mandatory English at B2 level or above — mandatory Minimum 6 months of proven experience in customer service — mandatory Experience in the travel sector is strongly valued High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) — mandatory Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment What Is on Offer Attractive salary package per 14 months On-site position based in Porto, Portugal Start date: 12 March 2026 Schedule: Full-time position Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 Days off: Saturday and Sunday
