Danish-Speaking Customer Support Representative – Onsite in Lisbon Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Onsite (Office-Based) Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, rotational shifts if applicable) We are currently looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards. Document interactions accurately in internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams when necessary. Requirements Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2 level) . Good level of English (B2 or higher) . Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset.
