Junior O2C Specialist (German + English) – Porto, Portugal

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist to join our team in Porto. Location Porto, Portugal (On-site) Schedule Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 Weekends off Salary & Benefits €1,300 gross/month (14 salaries per year) €300/month meal allowance (11 months) Daily meal allowance Private health insurance (after 6 months) Welcome bonus 3000k paid during the first year Responsibilities Manage Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes Support invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Communicate with customers regarding billing issues Maintain accurate financial records and reporting Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 6+ months experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C/Finance (up to 2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles Good Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred) ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus Fluent German + advanced English (C1) Detail-oriented with strong analytical and customer service skills Relocation Accommodation support available for candidates relocating within Portuga
