Qualifications for Home Healthcare Manager (RN) – Senior Healthcare & Health Services Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered) Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a home health setting Experience working with frail, elderly, or medically complex senior populations strongly preferred Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment preferred Knowledge of value-based care models and interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States REQUIREMENTS: Requirements for Home Healthcare Manager (RN) – Senior Healthcare & Health Services Direct and manage a high-performing home health department, ensuring all workflows, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards are consistently followed.
