HR Manager

Our client is a fast-growing international manufacturing company seeking an experienced HR Manager to build, structure, and scale a high-performance organization in Thailand. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with global headquarters to ensure strong alignment between business strategy and workforce capability. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys both strategic and hands-on responsibilities in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design aligned with business growth. Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for technical, operational, and managerial roles. Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee administration, contracts, and compliance. Ensure full compliance with Thai labor law and corporate governance standards. Design and implement performance management, training, and talent development programs. Support compensation, payroll, and annual salary review processes. Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior management. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in a multicultural environment . Align and deploy global HR policies and initiatives locally. Lead and develop a small HR team while improving HR processes and systems. Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or international companies. Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR governance. Proven experience in both strategic and operational HR roles. Excellent communication skills in English and Thai. Ability to work in a fast-growing and transformation environment. Why This Role?
