Chiffreur / Cost Estimator – Building Technology (HVAC)

As a Chiffreur , you will be responsible for preparing technical and financial estimates for building technology projects. You will manage project files from initial analysis through to quotation submission. Your responsibilities include: Conducting technical studies and reviewing project documentation Requesting and analyzing supplier quotations Performing cost calculations and preparing detailed estimates Collaborating closely with HVAC and solar project managers for smooth project handover Managing authorization requests and subsidy applications at municipal, cantonal, and federal levels Traveling to construction sites across French-speaking Switzerland when required Required Profile Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in commercial employment or a technical building trade 3–5 years of experience as a Chiffreur or in a similar estimating role within the building technology sector Professional experience in Switzerland Technical knowledge in plumbing and/or heating systems (strong asset) Native French speaker or excellent command of French Proficiency in standard office tools; knowledge of Abacus is a strong advantage Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Able to handle urgent situations professionally Whats Offered Stable and structured work environment Collaborative, human-sized team Diverse and meaningful technical projects Career growth opportunities Employee benefits platform Preferential company share purchase opportunities 13th-month salary
