We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a motivated School Business Manager to join an Outstanding primary academy in Birmingham. This temporary-to-permanent role is ideal for a professional looking for a fast-track into senior leadership. About the Role Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Full-time, temporary (3–6 months with a view to permanent). Provide immediate support for budget setting and year-end financial closing. Lead the office and site teams to ensure the school remains a safe and productive environment. Salary and Benefits Daily Rate: £180 – £250 per day (based on experience), with a permanent salary of NJC Point 29–35 (£39,862 – £46,142) upon successful transition.
