This is a fully office-based role supporting high-impact content quality and risk review workflows for a major international platform. Role Overview You will support the quality review of complex workflows managed by our clients Global Operations / Global Risk Operations teams , including: Content Moderation Quality Review , covering areas such as: Violence and credible threats Self-harm Fraud, theft, impersonation, and privacy violations Hate speech and bullying Phishing, spam, malware Child exploitation Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation ID Review and authenticity/access flows Escalations and special risk cases Review of viral/meme content (HERO) and Dangerous Organizations (DOI) Applying nuanced policy decisions with strong cultural and regional awareness for the supported market What Were Looking For Fluent Portuguese (written & spoken) Minimum 6 months of Content Moderation experience (required) Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment Ability to handle sensitive content professionally Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset Schedule & Training Fully flexible shifts between Mon–Sun, 08:00–19:00 4 weeks of on-site training in Dublin No holiday requests allowed during the first 8 weeks (training period) What You Get Private healthcare insurance Death in service cover 20 days annual leave + 10 public holidays 4% pension contribution Performance bonus (non-contractual, role-dependent) Apply now to join a high-impact quality and risk function supporting a leading global client — and build your career in a structured, professional Dublin-based environment...
