Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that arise. Requirements: Minimum 'O/A' Levels or Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. At least two years of experience in sales quotations, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions. Knowledge of international freight forwarding is necessary.
