Finance Manager

Finance and Accounting Manager Mon-Fri | On-site | Makati City Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, operational finance, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and sound financial management. Supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis while leading the finance team and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements; coordinate internal and external audits. Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and core accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management. Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting; provide variance analysis and actionable financial insights to management. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure data integrity, and improve financial processes. Identify operational risks and process gaps, recommending efficiency improvements. Supervise and develop finance staff; review outputs and coordinate with Operations, HR, IT, and other departments on finance-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role. Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and audits. Proficient in accounting systems/ERP and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
