Executive Business Director (Real Estate)

Role Overview The Executive Business Director will oversee and manage a strategic portfolio of business initiatives, working closely with the President to drive organizational growth and long-term value. This role provides high-level financial advisory, ensures operational excellence, and guides the execution of strategic plans across the organization. Qualifications Must have a Masters Degree from a recognized international university. Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in business leadership, with extensive experience in the real estate or property development industry. Proven track record in managing complex business portfolios and driving profitability. Strong strategic planning, financial advisory, and risk management skills. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with C-suite executives and influence organizational decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and monitor strategic business plans to achieve long-term organizational goals. Oversee a diverse business portfolio, ensuring growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Provide financial advisory and insights to support executive decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. Work hand-in-hand with the President to align business initiatives with organizational objectives. Identify market opportunities and guide strategic initiatives in the real estate or property sector. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective governance, compliance, and performance management across all business units. Monitor industry trends, risks, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
