DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets Acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts Prospect and qualify leads within target companies using structured sales cadences Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and schedule meetings for Specialists and Account Managers Identify customer needs through effective questioning and consultative selling Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline Perform cross-selling and upselling activities, closing deals primarily by phone Track, manage, and report sales activities and pipeline performance Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders to drive business opportunities Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Prepare commercial proposals ensuring technical and commercial accuracy REQUIREMENTS Native or fluent Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken communication skills Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset Comfortable working with CRM tools and standard business software Experience working with partners or channels is a plus Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently BENEFITS Competitive compensation package based on experience and performance Full-time permanent contract Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 – 17:30) Excellent office location Fully paid onboarding and project-specific training Career development programs and specialized training courses International mobility and career opportunities abroad Dynamic, international, and collaborative work environment Ongoing support and tools to support professional growth
