Destination Planning Consultant

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Destination Planning Consultants This remote role focuses on supporting clients with seamless travel arrangements while working collaboratively with a professional team and reporting to a team lead. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage client travel bookings. Create customized travel itineraries to meet client preferences. Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and tours. Deliver professional communication and client support. Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism. Participate in training and webinars to stay current on travel industry updates. Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer or smartphone with reliable internet required. Hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
