Le Chene is supporting a growing creative production business in the UAE to appoint a senior Technical / Creative Director to oversee operational delivery, creative excellence, and scalable studio infrastructure. This is a strategic leadership role within a high-performing, brand-led environment. Scope End-to-end oversight of production across integrated brand campaigns Establishing and optimising internal workflows, processes & delivery standards Budget ownership, cost management & margin control Vendor, supplier, artist, influencer & freelancer management Resource planning and studio capacity oversight Partnering with leadership to drive operational scalability Supporting the development of a structured, high-performing in-house team Profile 10+ years experience within creative agencies, production houses or brand studios Strong production leadership background with operational oversight Commercially astute with proven experience managing production budgets Experience building or refining systems within growing environments Confident leading cross-functional creative and delivery teams Calm, solutions-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced settings Package Senior leadership appointment | UAE-based Competitive salary + performance incentives
