Remote Customer Assistance Coordinator

Role Overview We are increasing our remote team and are looking for individuals who thrive with assisting clients and handling multiple priorities. In this role, you will help coordinate reservations and related services, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and event-based arrangements. This position is an ideal role for those who communicate clearly, stay organized, and are comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a supportive team.
