Position Summary: The Head of Sales drives strategic revenue growth across Renewals, Upsells, Acquisitions, and promotions by leading a high-performing, customer-centric team. As a brand ambassador, they own client engagement, deeply understand business needs, and proactively position solutions that maximize retention, expansion, and long-term value. Key Responsibilities Develop deep expertise in the Property Finder marketplace and solution portfolio to effectively position value across customer segments and drive differentiated engagement Build and scale the Egypt business through targeted acquisition and retention strategies, executing go-to-market plans that align corporate priorities with local market dynamics Sales Strategy & Execution Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Sales Operations to streamline customer acquisition and optimize conversion, leveraging data insights to continuously refine strategies and elevate sales performance Deliver accurate revenue forecasts across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles, while monitoring key performance indicators and driving timely interventions to ensure consistent target achievement Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, assess solution utilization, and address concerns, translating insights into actionable improvements while aligning internal resources to support client goals and drive long-term satisfaction Hire, develop, and coach a consultative, high-impact sales team focused on delivering value and building long-term relationships Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales organization Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Science; MBA preferred. Familiarity with the real estate ecosystem is advantageous. 10+ years in B2B SaaS or subscription-based marketplaces, with proven success in sales and account management. Out of which, minimum 5 years leading high-performing B2B sales teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with consistent target achievement. Strong analytical acumen with a metrics-first approach to business management and decision-making. Service-oriented leader with the patience and empathy to navigate diverse customer and employee needs.
