[Tress Lounge] Sales Executive – Luxury Salon & Spa (Corporate Store | HQ Collaboration) Location: London, Ontario Company: Tress Lounge Canada Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Schedule: 6 Days per Week Compensation This role includes a base pay with commission attached to the position and is structured as a performance-driven sales role. Base monthly compensation: CA$2,000 – CA$3,000 Performance-based commissions attached to the role, tied to individual and store sales Uncapped earning potential based on performance About Tress Lounge Canada Tress Lounge Canada is a fast-growing luxury salon and spa brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, premium beauty services, and a culture of excellence. We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth at our London corporate location, while collaborating closely with our Head Office and marketing teams. This role is ideal for a persuasive, goal-driven professional who thrives in a luxury, commission-based sales environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Sell salon services, memberships, packages, and retail products Convert walk-ins, phone, and online inquiries into paying clients Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Upsell premium services and long-term packages Accurately track leads, conversions, and follow-ups Client Experience & Relationship Management Deliver a high-end luxury experience from first contact to follow-up Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty Handle all client communications professionally and confidently Marketing & Promotions Execute in-store promotions aligned with HQ campaigns Support local community outreach and marketing initiatives Promote seasonal offers, memberships, and brand programs Reporting & HQ Collaboration Submit daily and monthly sales reports to Head Office Track KPIs including revenue, conversions, and client acquisition Participate in virtual sales strategy and performance meetings Qualifications 2–4 years of sales experience (beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or fitness preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and customer-first mindset Comfortable using POS, CRM, and reporting tools Bonus: Multilingual (English + additional languages) What We Offer Competitive base pay with commission attached to the role Monthly performance bonuses 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity for renewal based on performance and business needs Clear growth pathway into Senior Sales, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager roles Ongoing training and professional development Direct mentorship and support from corporate HQ Inclusive, professional luxury work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief statement of interest to: hr@tresslounge.ca Subject Line: Sales Executive – London – [Your Name] Tress Lounge Canada Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
