Car Rental Reservations Agent Location: Malta (On-site) Start Date: 2 February 2026 Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 – 19:00 (8-hour shifts, rotating) Work Model: On-site Eligibility: Only local candidates About the Role We are hiring Italian-speaking Car Rental Reservations Agents to support customers with vehicle rental bookings and related inquiries. The role combines customer service and sales-oriented tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries related to car rental reservations Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and pricing information Promote additional products and services when relevant Deliver professional customer support in Italian and English Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and KPIs Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance Requirements Fluency in Italian language (spoken and written) Good command of English Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-oriented mindset Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday Previous contact centre, reservations, or sales experience is an advantage Salary – Call Centre Agent Rates Month 1: €5.60 per hour Month 2: €8.10 per hour After Probation: €8.50 per hour After 12 Months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based) After 18 Months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based) Benefits Performance Bonus: up to €2,000 per year (pro-rated monthly; eligible after 6 months probation) Sales Commission: performance-based (eligible 2 months after going live) Language Allowance: €85 per month Full paid training Career development and progression opportunities Mobile phone schemes, gym packages, and free on-site parking In-house canteen with healthy food options Monthly events and staff discounts with 50+ partner businesses Apply now to join an on-site customer support team in Malta!
