Sofia, Bulgaria | On-site About the Role We are looking for a Customer Support Representative fluent in Slovenian and English to join our on-site team in Sofia . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a structured environment, are customer-oriented, and are open to relocation. Working Schedule Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00 Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 Rotational shifts Requirements Native or near-native level of Slovenian B2 level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Sofia Relocation candidates are welcome and will be considered Salary & Benefits Gross salary: 3700 BGN Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net (in addition to salary) Additional pay for night shifts (if applicable) Bonus of 500 BGN for important life events (marriage, birth/adoption of a child, university graduation) Private medical plan (health & dental) Life insurance Multisport card (co-financed by the employer) Employee discounts on various goods and services Relocation Support Travel expenses reimbursement up to 490 BGN after 6 months Salary advance of 1056 BGN net upon request (paid within 5 working days) Company-arranged hotel accommodation upon arrival Full relocation guidance provided Documents Accepted Valid EU citizenship , refugee card , or residency card (valid for more than 1 year) Work permit and blue card are not accepted
