Position: Valuation Analyst Location: BGC, Taguig No of Vacancy: 1 Job Qualification: Preferably Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Geodetic Engineering, and BS Real Estate Management An advantage if with relevant tertiary education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics and Statistics Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings Background in economics with intermediate knowledge in finance and accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working as a team member as well as independently Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required Knowledge in utilizing CAD applications is an advantage 1 – 2 years of experience in the Real Estate or Appraisal and Construction industry is an advantage Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply Job Description: Conduct field research, site inspection and identification (plotting) of real property to be appraised Identify and check all relevant information related to the subject property including but not limited to its physical characteristics and legal conditions (title verification).
